Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a full service bar.
• Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus and classic cocktail preparation.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely and professional manner

• Possess full knowledge of bar items and make recommendations
• Accurately take orders at the bar and lounge area
• Deliver orders within established time frames
• Use suggestive selling techniques
• Ensure alcohol is consumed in designated areas
• Set up and maintain stock levels for the bar
• Assist in placing orders for bar supplies
• Conduct inventory of liquor and bar supplies
