Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano is hiring a Bartender to craft beverages and deliver exceptional guest service in a lively dining environment. You will take orders, mix drinks, and engage with guests to ensure memorable experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Bartender in a high-volume setting, preferred.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
Valid alcohol certification.
Following recipes, including measuring and mixing ingredients.
Labeling & stocking all bar ingredients & garnishes so they are organized & accessible.
Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons and restaurant guests.
Interact with customers, take orders and serve with a warm, friendly smile.
Maintain cleanliness, side work, and assist with opening/closing procedures.
