Job summary

Smokin Fins in Meridian, ID invites spirited bartenders to join a hospitality team that values guest experience and teamwork. As a Part-time Bartender, you will deliver drinks quickly, maintain bar cleanliness, balance tills, and engage with regulars, while upholding our standards of service and integrity.

You should be 21+, TIPS certified, able to work 10:00 am to 12:00 am, stand for 4 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age.
• TIPS Certified.
• Must be able to stand and work up to 4 hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift, move and shelve up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must have strong communication and teamwork.
• Able to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food/drink quickly to tables.
• Ensure orders and modifications are correct.
• Maintain a clean bar and dining area.
• Balance bar till at shift start and end.
• Upsell food/drinks to maximize profits.
• Educate customers on our menu concepts.
