Job summary

WOB Bar & Kitchen is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. You will mix and serve cocktails and beers, guide guests in menu selections, and ensure every drink is crafted to perfection.

The role emphasizes great customer service, a fun, fast-paced environment, and teamwork. This part-time position offers hourly pay plus tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within our vibrant World of Beer concept.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktails.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Outgoing, friendly & high energy personality and demeanor.
• Friendly & accurate communication skills in handling customers.
• Ability to be a contributing member of the team in building bar sales through a community of returning customers and job tasks.
• Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 years old in some states) and have a valid certification in responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and ensure beverages are prepared to standards and recipes.
• Guide customers to pick the perfect beer, provide samples, and act as salesperson for the menus.
• Provide a perfectly poured beer and mixed cocktail every time.
• Engage with guests to create a positive and engaging World of Beer experience.
