Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current beverage trends.
• Ability to obtain all required alcohol service certifications.
• Strong hospitality, friendliness, and beverage knowledge.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lb occasionally.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders, processing payments.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide drinks from service well when required.
• Adhere to alcohol service policies and check IDs.
• Handle cash and card transactions.
• Set up and break down workstation; clean and sanitize.
• Take inventory and ensure products are stocked.
• Provide excellent guest service and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain security of company assets.
