Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Bartender to craft beverages for guests, handling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and processing payments. The role emphasizes guest service, knowledge of beverages, and adherence to safety and service standards.

The ideal candidate has prior bartender experience, knowledge of recipes, and the ability to obtain required alcohol service certifications. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience
• Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes, and current trends
• Able to obtain all alcohol service certifications
• Displays phenomenal hospitality and beverage knowledge
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Requires lifting up to 25 lb occasionally
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• May provide servers drinks from the service well
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs for age requirements
• Adheres to cash handling policies
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, cleans and sanitizes
• Takes inventory counts and ensures stock levels
• Provides excellent guest service and anticipates needs
• Maintains a positive demeanor toward guests and coworkers
• Ensures security of company assets
