Job summary

Aramark is seeking a bartender to craft both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. You will handle orders, cash/credit transactions, and maintain clean, well-stocked stations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes knowledge of current beverage trends, adherence to alcohol policies, and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior bartending experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes and trends.
• Able to obtain state/local alcohol service certifications.
• Displays hospitality, friendliness and beverage knowledge.
• Demonstrates organizational and multi-tasking skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Requires lifting up to 25 lb occasionally.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May provide servers drinks from the service well.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines; checks IDs for minimum age.
• Adheres to cash handling policies.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, cleans and sanitizes.
• Takes inventory counts and ensures products are stocked.
• Provides excellent guest service and anticipates guest needs.
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests and coworkers.
• Ensures security of company assets.
