Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a bar or similar environment preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine and mixed cocktails.
• Ability to stand for 4 hours, lift up to 20 pounds.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and ability to exceed guests’ expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by interacting with guests in a friendly manner.
• Adhere to local and national liquor laws.
• Mix and serve drinks following Applebee’s recipes.
• Greet guests, take orders and answer questions.
• Process payments using QR code or POS system.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment and perform opening/closing side work.
• Use bar tools efficiently to minimize waste and manage costs.
• Restock products at shift start and end, including garnish prep.
