Sodexo is hiring a Barista at the University of Cincinnati Main Campus. You will provide friendly customer service while crafting hand-made beverages and maintaining a clean, inviting coffee bar.

This full-time position requires open availability and involves cash handling and guest engagement. Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing a range of beverages, educating customers on offerings, and ensuring fast service while upholding sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control.

Responsabilités

• Greets guests with quick, friendly service.
• Brews and serves beverages to order, including coffee, espresso, tea.
• Maintains coffee bar and displays; refills supplies.
• Operates cash register and handles cash according to procedures.
• Walks/stands for long periods and lifts up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Cares for cleanliness of machines and prep areas.
