Job summary

Regulatory Jobs is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (Level I/II) to coordinate clinical monitoring and site management across sites. The role supports remote and on-site visits to ensure protocol compliance, sponsor guidelines, and data integrity.

The position entails 60–80% travel, must hold a life sciences degree or RN credentials, and requires US work authorization. Travel readiness and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or RN certification or equivalent
• Minimum travel monitoring experience (approx. 6 months)
• Therapeutic areas: Oncology, Respiratory, Cardiovascular
• Valid driver's license where applicable
• Candidates must live within 60 miles of the nearest major airport
• 60–80% travel expected
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Free text background check may be required

Responsibilities

• Perform remote or on-site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management
• Manage procedures from different sponsors and monitoring environments
• Ensure trial conduct per protocol, ICH-GCP, regs, and SOPs
• Develop collaborative relationships with investigational sites
• Audit readiness and maintain data reliability
