Axogen, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II for our Extremities Specialty in Tampa, FL. The CRA II will be the main point of contact for sponsored and investigator-initiated studies, managing site qualification, initiation visits, monitoring, and close-out visits per SOPs and GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a scientific or biomedical engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of Clinical Research Associate experience; device/trauma/orthopedic/reconstructive surgery experience preferred.
• Independent judgment and strong communication skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize autonomously.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned sites and ensure protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site qualification, initiation, on-site monitoring, co-monitoring, and site close-out visits.
• Prepare reports, budgets, contracts, and IRB documentation; support data analysis and presentations.
• Ensure timely recruitment and reliable data collection across multiple protocols.
