Job summary

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation focused on bringing new medicines to patients faster. We are seeking a CRA II or Senior CRA to design and analyse trials, interpret complex data, and advance innovative treatments.

You will monitor clinical trials, qualify and initiate sites, ensure data integrity and patient safety, and collaborate with investigators to support study conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of independent monitoring experience.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%).

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:
