Job summary

Fifth Third is seeking a Community Impact Manager II to oversee CRA and community development initiatives in the Houston region. You will lead strategy, manage cross-functional collaboration, and partner with regulators and community organizations to advance LMI community outcomes.

The role emphasizes risk-aware leadership, data-driven performance reviews, and a strong focus on maintaining relationships with stakeholders while aligning with Bancorp objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience implementing/managing CRA/community development strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of CRA laws and regulations; large bank experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze CRA performance and communicate results across levels.
• Strong project management skills to develop and implement plans.
• Excellent written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Regulatory, risk management or compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional CRA market execution plan strategies to meet performance goals.
• Assess community needs and execute the bank's community development vision.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and regulators.
• Represent Fifth Third in community events and coordinate with internal partners.
• Oversee regional budgets and compliance with risk management policies.
• Analyze CRA performance data and report to Region senior management.
