Job summary

Acuren is recruiting for CR/DR Level II Technicians to support operations in Washington, PA. This is a local callout position with relocation assistance for qualified applicants.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred certifications in CR/DR and additional NDT methods. You will perform nondestructive testing, interpret results, and may supervise others in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Certified Level II CR and/or DR preferred.
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to perform NDT tasks and interpret inspection results.
• Knowledge of NDT equipment and report writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects using NDT methods.
• Establish techniques for proper examination, ensuring safety regulations.
• Apply testing criteria per specifications and evaluate results.
• Interpret radiographs, CRTs, digital readouts, conductivity meters and indicators.
• Organize and report test results.
• Perform specialized inspections.
• May instruct and supervise others.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
