CQV Project Coordinator - US, North Carolina - 6-12 Months Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CQV Project Coordinator to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in North Carolina. This is a large-scale greenfield capital project with an investment of more than $1bn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly activities for your assigned area in collaboration with CQV, process engineering, and other project teams, focusing on execution, staffing, and area availability.
• Manage schedule execution of selected work packages, to be defined in coordination with the candidate.
• Support the readiness and availability of materials for start-up and commissioning.
• Take on critical projects as requested by the CQV leadership team.
• Engage with project managers and coordinators to ensure alignment and share best practices.
• Coordinate with field activities involving troubleshooting and EHS teams.
• Collaborate with our EPCM firm to facilitate a 'one team' approach and remove hurdles.

Skills and Experience

• Extensive project coordination experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience in greenfield projects and liaising with departments to ensure streamlined deliverables.
• Proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with extensive experience in executing complex projects within a Pharm/cGMP environment.
• Experience coordinating multi-functional field activities in dynamic environments.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
