Job summary

United Consulting Hub is seeking an experienced C&Q Lead to provide program-level leadership for a major greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion. This owner-side role oversees commissioning and qualification strategy across multiple facilities and workstreams.

You will establish CQV governance, lead planning and milestone tracking, coordinate CQV managers and stakeholders, and support executive decision-making to drive delivery across vendors and facilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading commissioning and qualification in large multi-facility programs.
• Strong governance, planning, and milestone-tracking capabilities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional CQV teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Establish CQV governance and execution strategy for a multi-facility program.
• Lead program-level planning, reporting, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate CQV managers and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Support executive-level decision-making and issue resolution.
• Act as owner's agent across vendor selection and deliverable management.
• Experience with Validation Master Plans, cross-discipline program management, and owner-side project delivery.
• Comfortable operating across utilities, facilities, equipment, and automation validation.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
