Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is seeking a CQV Lead to manage utilities and facilities CQV on a multi-year greenfield pharma program in Carolina, Puerto Rico. You will lead the CQV area, define interfaces from P&IDs, and drive execution with construction and engineering teams.

The role requires extensive pharma utilities CQV experience and leadership of CQV activities. Start January 2027; 60‑month contract; on-site, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Extensive CQV experience in pharma utilities and facilities.
• Experience with P&IDs, system boundaries and tie-ins.
• Led a CQV area or function.
• Start date: January 2027; 60-month contract; on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead CQV of utilities and facilities (HVAC, water systems, clean steam, compressed gases).
• Define system boundaries and interfaces from P&IDs; manage utility tie-ins.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate stakeholders.
• Support other CQV areas as needed.
