As a CPU Micro‑architecture and RTL Design Engineer, you will work with chip architects to conceive the micro‑architecture and also help with architecture/product definition through early involvement in the product life‑cycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of hardware or software engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in the same fields and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• PhD in the same fields and 2+ years of relevant experience.
$167,100.00 - $250,700.00
The pay scale reflects the broad minimum to maximum range for this position. Salary is only one component of total compensation; benefits include a discretionary bonus program, RSU grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
