Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) is seeking a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for programs executed out of Beavercreek, OH. Roles vary by level (Junior, Mid, Senior) and require TS/SCI clearance.

The position is full-time, on-site at Wright-Patterson AFB with collaboration across security staff and program teams. The CPSO will implement security plans, provide training, manage classifications, and coordinate with government partners to ensure compliance and preparedness for

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills and professional communication.
• Must demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of security domains – Collateral, SAP, and SCI.
• CLEARANCE: TS/SCI with ability to obtain and maintain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise program level security plans and procedures.
• Provide classification guidance and security education for staff.
• Lead security briefings, audits, and incident investigations.
• Manage physical security areas including access control and IDS.
• Familiarize with COMSEC equipment such as secure devices.
• Operate visitor control program and escorts.
• Coordinate with government customer and host security/facility managers.
• Maintain information security program for classified materials and training.
