Job summary

Vika Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced EQ/CPQ Developer to join our Products & Technology team. The role focuses on implementing and supporting Infor EQ/CPQ solutions, including configuration, quoting, CAD integration, and document automation.

You will work with business and IT to translate requirements into scalable EQ/CPQ solutions, conduct workshops, train users, and support post-implementation activities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on Infor EQ/CPQ implementation and support.
• Experience with Infor EQ/CPQ Product Suite including Configurator, Quoting, CAD integration, and Document Automation.
• Experience integrating EQ/CPQ with ERP systems.
• Ability to customize quote documents and manage master data integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.
• Ability to conduct user training, workshops, and design sessions.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Implement and support Infor EQ/CPQ Suite, including:

• Product Configurator
• CAD 2D/3D Integration
• Document Automation
• Develop, configure, and test EQ/CPQ rules and models for sales, pricing, manufacturing, product visualization, and document automation.
• Integrate Infor EQ/CPQ with ERP systems and configure enterprise quoting processes.
• Customize quote documents and manage master data integration.
• Conduct user training, workshops, requirements discussions, and design sessions.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot EQ/CPQ-related issues.
• Manage assigned projects and coordinate with business and technical teams to meet project deadlines.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective EQ/CPQ solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Infor EQ/CPQ solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Infor EQ/CPQ Product Suite, including Product Configurator, Enterprise Quoting, CAD 2D/3D Integration, and Document Automation.
• Proven experience developing and testing EQ/CPQ rules and models across sales, pricing, manufacturing, visualization, and document automation.
• Experience integrating Infor EQ/CPQ with ERP systems.
• Experience configuring enterprise quoting, customizing quote documents, and managing master data integration.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct user training, workshops, and design sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant Infor EQ/CPQ implementation and support experience required.
• Experience with ERP systems or related enterprise applications is a plus.
