Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from physicians for orthotics and home medical equipment.
• Consult with physicians on equipment selection for patient use.
• Deliver standard home medical equipment to patients and instruct on safe use.
• Fit patients for custom medical equipment and adjust for comfort.
• Provide patient education on equipment, infection control, and home safety.
• Complete all paperwork after delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation requirements are met.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
• Must be Board Certified.

Job Description

• 6\. Complete all applicable paperwork upon completion of delivery to patient.
• 7\. Comply with all organization policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
