Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a CPM/Leak Detection Engineer to maintain state‑of‑the‑art CPM and pipeline simulation systems for liquid petroleum pipelines, providing real‑time support to Operations Control.

The role requires managing multiple projects with on‑call duties and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams. The candidate will implement enhancements, apply hydraulics, perform data analysis, and develop applications using Python, VBA, DOS batch and/or PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science is required.
• At least 4 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with Python, JAVA, PowerShell.
• Aptitude in hydraulics, leak detection technologies, statistical analysis, measurement/instrumentation, and/or SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Maintains CPM systems and pipeline simulation systems for liquid petroleum pipelines.
• Provides 24/7 control room support and on‑call rotation.
• Collaborates with vendors and stakeholders on enhancements to CPM systems.
• Develops and implements leak detection and hydraulic modeling.
