This is a mobile, field-based position where the work occurs where children and families live, learn, and receive services. Investigators spend much of their time in homes, schools, hospitals, childcare facilities, law enforcement agencies, courts, and other community locations. This is not a traditional office job and is not a work-from-home position. The core responsibilities of the job require regular face-to-face contact with children, families, caregivers, and community partners.
