Job summary

Acosta Employee Holdco LLC is seeking a data analytics professional to drive insights for category management and sales initiatives. You will work in a hybrid role, three days a week in the office, delivering data-driven recommendations and dashboards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in analytics (CPG/retail), and excels in Excel and PowerPoint, with Power BI being a bonus. Collaboration across teams and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 1+ years of analytics experience in analytics, CPG, or retail.
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills; Power BI is a big plus.
• Experience with POS, syndicated data, or space management tools is a bonus.
• A curious mind, a drive for results, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CPG & syndicated data to support category reviews, new item launches, and sales initiatives.
• Trade planning and Promotional analysis.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and reports that tell a story.
• Collaborate with business managers to deliver high-impact insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality across tools and sources.
• Stay in tune with client KPIs, trends, and innovations.
