Job summary

Bristlecone, a trusted SAP supply chain advisor, seeks a Principal/Lead with extensive SAP Business Network SCC expertise in Direct Procurement, especially for CPG Beverage. You will design, configure, and deploy SCC and S/4HANA procurement in multi‑region transformations, guiding executives and stakeholders across supply chain functions.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years hands‑on SAP experience, deep MM/S/4HANA knowledge, and a proven track record in co‑manufacturing, co‑packing, and packaging

Qualifications

• 15+ years hands-on SAP supply chain and procurement experience.
• Min 3 full-cycle SAP BNet SCC implementations in a Direct Procurement context; at least one in CPG Beverage
• Deep, hands-on SAP MM / S/4HANA procurement configuration
• CPG Beverage industry experience: direct materials, co-manufacturing, packaging
• Travel up to 50% during active projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the SCC workstream on large-scale S/4HANA and SAP Business Network transformations.
• Engage VPs of Supply Chain, CPOs, and CFOs as trusted advisors.
• Design and implement SAP MM / S/4HANA procurement configurations to support direct procurement processes.
• Coordinate multi-region rollout plans and cross-functional collaboration across procurement, finance, and operations.
