Responsibilities
  • Remote role (Call Center) • Full-Time: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm EST
  • Work in a high-volume production environment
  • Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide medical record status
  • Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call-center environment

Pay ranges for this job title may differ based on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other requirements of the role. The estimated base pay range per hour for this role is: $15—$18.32 USD
