Job summary

Nuveen is seeking an Associate Director, CPACE Asset Management to oversee asset tracking and disbursement in line with program and company requirements. You will coordinate with lenders, administrators, and builders, guiding draw requests and reporting, while maintaining strong relationships with contractors and property owners.

The role requires 3+ years in construction loan administration or debt asset management, with CPACE experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction loan administration and debt asset management
• CPACE experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Experience coordinating with lenders, developers, and inspectors

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service as the relationship manager after loan closing, guiding contractors through the disbursement process.
• Oversees disbursements on energy efficiency projects and tracks draw amounts and interest.
• Ensures asset activity communication to lenders, administrators, and accountants.
• Identifies risks through review of budgets, title docs, and site inspections.
• Works with contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, engineers, attorneys and borrowers to resolve issues.
• Ensures construction projects adhere to loan agreements, regulatory standards and budgets.
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.
