Job summary

Tencent is offering a CPaaS Product Management Internship for final-year undergraduates and graduates. You will collaborate with industry experts to contribute to product design and operations, gaining hands-on experience shaping the future of communication platforms.

As part of the team, you will assist in designing CPaaS products, conduct market research, draft product requirement documents, and support product awareness and adoption under experienced PMs.

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduates / graduate students in technology, management, economics, computer science, or equivalents.
• Strong command in both English and Chinese Mandarin and ability to communicate with China-headquarters stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, prototyping, and flowchart design software.
• Willing to commit at least 6 months full-time internship.
• B2B product internships (PaaS/SaaS) preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in CPaaS product design, contributing to framework, function and interaction design under PM guidance.
• Conduct market trends, industry developments and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Draft product requirement documents and related materials to clearly communicate product vision.
