Qualifications

• Active CPA license in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of individual and business taxation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts in a client-friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax planning guidance and support for advisors and clients.
• Review individual, trust, business, and retirement-related tax considerations.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and planning strategies.
• Assist advisors in evaluating the tax implications of financial recommendations.
• Stay current on federal and state tax laws and regulatory changes.
• Support year-end tax planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with advisors regarding retirement income and distribution strategies.
• Assist with tax education and training for internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Participate in client meetings when appropriate.
