Job summary

Eide Bailly in Des Moines is seeking a Tax Intern for the busy 2028 season (January–April). This full-time role offers exposure to both Assurance and Tax teams, providing hands-on experience with real client work.

You will gather tax information, collaborate with the tax group to prepare returns, and develop a solid understanding of tax regulations while pursuing a Bachelor's in Accounting and working toward CPA licensure.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and on track to sit for CPA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering tax-related information from clients for accurate returns.
• Collaborate with the tax team to ensure timely completion of individual and business tax returns.
• Assist in preparing a high-level tax return for complex clients.
• Review tax situations from multiple angles to maximize benefits.
• Network and build relationships across the Firm.
