Job summary

Chick-fil-A Cow Mascot in Charlotte seeks a high-energy Team Member to bring the cow to life at community events, school visits, and in-restaurant promotions. Duties include entertaining guests, posing for photos, and promoting the Eat Mor Chikin spirit.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Team, represent the brand at public events, and keep the costume in good condition while working flexible hours. Chick-fil-A offers a fun, team-oriented environment and Sundays off.

Responsibilities

• Represent Chick-fil-A in a positive, family-friendly manner at all times.
• Engage with guests through gestures, dancing, and photo opportunities.

• Work closely with the Marketing Team to create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain the cleanliness and care of the cow costume.
• Occasionally assist with event setup, giveaways, or light marketing tasks.

Overview

As our beloved mascot, you’ll help spread joy, laughter, and “Eat Mor Chikin” spirit at community events, school visits, and in-restaurant promotions.

Responsibilities

• Represent Chick-fil-A in a positive, family-friendly manner at all times.
• Engage with guests (especially children!) through fun gestures, dancing, and photo opportunities.
• Participate in store events, parades, community gatherings, and school visits.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain the cleanliness and care of the cow costume.
• Occasionally assist with event setup, giveaways, or light marketing tasks.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable wearing a full-body costume for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate through gestures and body language (no speaking in costume).
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Available for occasional evenings or weekend events.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Max height for costume is 5’9
