Job summary

San Diego Mission Bay Resort, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is hiring a Server to greet guests and deliver top-tier service across AM/PM shifts. You will be the friendly, professional face of the restaurant in a vibrant, upscale hotel environment, contributing to guests' memorable vacation experiences.

We offer full-time benefits, free lunch, free parking, and travel discounts. The role pays $19.00 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to grow in a renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Have experience in a similar size hotel (full service, upscale)
• Preferable in an upscale independent hotel

San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Server to our Mission Bay Family.

As Server, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the morning/evening face of the restaurant. We are looking for a new team member to work AM/PM shifts. In this position, you serve top-notch food and beverage with class and style adding to the wonderful start of a new day of the guest's dream vacation.

Requirements

To be successful in the Server position, you:

• Have experience in a similar size hotel. We look for candidates with full service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale independent hotel.
• Seek to work in a beautiful hotel where you constantly meet new people.
• Are eager to learn and take pride in your work
• Are reliable, have a flexible mind-set and like to smile
