Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Texas is seeking a Coverage Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling and ensure reliable shift coverage for clients during daytime hours.

This role emphasizes collaboration, proactive problem solving, and outstanding communication with clients and caregivers to maintain seamless care delivery, optimize utilization, and uphold HALOS values. The position is full-time and on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
