Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review commercial real estate loan agreements and related documents to identify covenants and related terms.
• Interpret covenant provisions, definitions, thresholds, testing periods, and exceptions.

• Perform quality-control reviews by comparing data against underlying loan documents.
• Identify errors or inconsistencies and provide actionable feedback to improve data quality.
