Sunriver Resort seeks a Cove Manager to lead The Cove and Spotted Frog teams, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence. You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and administrative duties while collaborating with maintenance and HR to recruit and train seasonal staff.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality experience, and a focus on safety and service standards, with opportunities to influence budgeting and group bookings at a premier Oregon resort.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of Food & Beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise outlet teams.
• Manage weekly inventory and ordering.
• Coordinate monthly inventory counts.
• Schedule staff and control labor costs.
• Oversee pool and safety compliance with engineers and Red Cross.
• Recruit seasonal staff and conduct trainings.
• Develop and manage budgets for outlets.
• Forecast revenues and costs for F&B and payroll.
• Collaborate with Sales/Conventions for group bookings.
• Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction.
