Job summary

A legal service provider in Maryland is seeking a Courtroom Presentation Specialist to provide litigation support services. The ideal candidate will collaborate with trial teams and expert witnesses, managing courtroom presentation systems effectively. Responsibilities include developing graphic exhibits, advising attorneys, and ensuring smooth presentations in court. Extensive trial experience and excellent communication skills are required. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

• Willingness to travel to support out‑of‑town trial needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop simple graphic images/exhibits using standard off-the-shelf software.
• Advise attorneys on the effectiveness of exhibits or sequences of exhibits.
• Ensure smooth operation of the presentation system in the courtroom.
• Synchronize clips with written transcripts.
• Coordinate internal firm efforts to conduct trials remotely/virtually.

As a Courtroom Presentation Specialist for CGS, you will provide litigation support services to clients. The role requires familiarity with courtroom presentation packages such as Trail Director and Sanction. You will collaborate with the trial team, including expert witnesses, to develop plans for trials or hearings using courtroom presentation systems. CGS seeks a candidate ready to join a dynamic team and work effectively in a highly pressured environment.
