Kocourek Nissan Kia is seeking a dependable Shuttle/Courtesy Driver to safely transport guests and represent the dealership with professionalism.

You will follow shuttle routes, assist customers, coordinate with service staff, and help with general dealership tasks when shuttle service is slow. This role values friendliness, reliability, and safe driving in Wisconsin weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet company insurance requirements.
• Ability to safely operate dealership vehicles.
• Able to sit for long periods and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from the dealership, home, work, or other approved destinations.
• Provide a friendly, professional experience for every passenger.
• Follow scheduled shuttle routes and accommodate guest transportation needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable shuttle vehicle.
• Complete basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist customers with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and the service team regarding customer transportation.
• Keep track of shuttle trips and required documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies, traffic laws, and vehicle operating procedures.
• Help with general dealership tasks when shuttle service is not needed.
• Represent Kocourek professionally in the community.

Kocourek Nissan Kia is looking for a dependable, friendly, and safety-minded Shuttle/Courtesy Driver to join our team.

Our drivers play an important role in the customer experience. When a customer drops off their vehicle for service, they need to know they’re in good hands—from the moment they arrive until they’re back on the road.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
