Job summary

H.E. McGonigal Buick Cadillac GMC in Kokomo, IN is hiring a full-time Porter/Courtesy Driver for the Service Department. As the first and last impression for customers, you will transport customers, move vehicles, and keep drives and lots clean.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver''s license and a clean driving record.
• Friendly, professional attitude with customer service focus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles and outdoors in different weather.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles.
• Move and park vehicles throughout the service department and lot.
• Keep the service drive, parking areas, and customer waiting areas clean and organized.
• Assist Service Advisors with customer vehicle flow.
• Run dealership errands and inter-company deliveries as needed.
• Help maintain the appearance of courtesy vehicles.
• Assist with other duties that support the service team.
