Job Description: Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger

Our goal is to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. You will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Responsibilities include:

1. Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
2. Assisting in removing merchandise from baskets and offering help with loading bags into customers' cars.
3. Performing basic shelf conditioning, restocking, and returning merchandise to shelves.
4. Informing customers of grocery specials and gathering shopping carts.
5. Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills, trash, and all areas of the store.
6. Handling seasonal merchandise, conducting price checks, and understanding store layout for customer assistance.
7. Reinforcing safety programs, adhering to safety and food safety regulations, and inspecting equipment.
8. Creating a welcoming environment, answering customer questions, and following all legal and company guidelines.
9. Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with integrity.
10. Providing support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
11. Performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
