Job Description: Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities include:

1. Bagging groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and striving for at least five items per bag.
2. Assisting in removing merchandise from baskets for checkout and offering help to load bags into customers' cars.
3. Performing basic shelf conditioning, returning merchandise to shelves, and gathering bascarts.
4. Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store, including cleaning spills and collecting trash.
5. Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and price checks.
6. Following safety procedures, adhering to food safety regulations, and reporting unsafe conditions.
7. Creating a welcoming environment for customers and providing product information.
8. Adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
9. Managing conflicts professionally and acting with honesty and integrity.
10. Supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

The role requires the ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
