Responsibilities:

• Bag groceries efficiently, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Follow best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, or paper bags.
• Assist customers with loading bags into their vehicles.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and restocking.
• Inform customers about grocery specials and return merchandise to shelves.
• Manage shopping carts and maintain store cleanliness by cleaning spills, trash, and outside areas.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
• Conduct price checks and reinforce safety protocols, reporting unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and perform equipment inspections.
• Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Follow all legal, safety, and company guidelines, and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and seek assistance when needed.
