Responsibilities of the Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently while ensuring contents are not damaged.
• Assisting with merchandise removal from baskets and helping customers load bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and informing customers of specials.
• Restocking shelves, collecting shopping carts, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with price checks and product location.
• Following safety procedures, adhering to food safety regulations, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers, answering questions, and providing support, especially to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts calmly, and acting with integrity.
• Performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
