Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking entry-level team members to gain exposure to diverse retail tasks across store operations and customer service. Courtesy Team Members interact with customers and exemplify above-and-beyond service as part of daily responsibilities in a dynamic store environment.

You will support cart throughput, housekeeping, and collaboration with service desks and departments to ensure a smooth shopping experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Escort shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Maintain parking lot, lawn, and interior trash collections.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment during snow events.
• Process perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Assist service desk, entrance, check lanes, and parking areas.
• Collaborate with departments such as Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
