Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, doors, gates, locks, and intercoms.
• Control inmate movement and maintain security in restricted areas.
• Screen visitors, staff, and vehicles entering secure facilities.
• Maintain logs, reports, and movement records with accuracy.
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate with deputies and emergency personnel.
• Issue and track facility keys, radios, and security equipment.
• Observe and report unusual inmate behavior or security risks.
• Conduct routine security checks and ensure control center equipment functions.
• Maintain confidentiality while following policies and procedures.
