Job summary

The Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court is seeking a Court Programs and Operations Manager to lead and supervise Specialty Court programs in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves overseeing Homeless Court, Mental Health Court, Healing to Wellness Court, and two Domestic Violence programs, with emphasis on budget, grants, and policy development.

Responsibilities include coordinating programs, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining collaboration with courts, agencies, and the public.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in criminal justice, public or business administration, social work, or related field.
• Eight years of program management experience, including two years of supervisory experience and contract oversight.
• May be required to obtain and maintain National Crime Information Center (NCIC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Specialty Court programs and contracts for assigned divisions.
• Collaborate with judges, court administration, program managers, and stakeholders to meet statutory requirements.
• Communicate program design and goals to courts, staff, participants, and the community.
• Maintain inter-agency cooperation and develop cohesive program stakeholder teams.
• Draft and publish annual program reports and monitor budgets and grants.
