Job summary

Mohave County Superior Court and Probation seeks a Judicial Assistant under general supervision to provide secretarial, clerical and related office support for the operation and coordination of a judicial division.

The position may be assigned to work in varying or dual locations and may assist with Caseflow Management duties. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The organization emphasizes timely, impartial and respectful service to the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of relevant court clerk, secretarial, legal secretarial, clerical, customer service, or related experience, or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and clerical support for the judicial division.
• Assist with Caseflow Management duties.
• Coordinate and support court operations across assigned locations.
