Caymas, located in Naples, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Court Maintenance Technician! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay:

$21.00 per hour

Essential Duties:

• Daily maintenance includes brushing and lining of courts. Blowing off tennis & pickleball walkways between courts, as well as blowing off pickleball courts. Ensure all watering systems are working properly and adjusted as needed due to weather.
• Weekly rolling, inspecting for algae and weeds, luting, and attention to windscreens and fences for holes or repairs. Inspect and repair court lines. Maintain nets.
• Periodic maintenance, not limited to adding Har Tru, patching low spots, adding magnesium or calcium as needed.
• Remove trash, clean foot sweeps, check ball return, clean water fountains.
• Stack and store furniture, windscreens and equipment for inclement weather.
• Performs minor handyman repairs as needed.
• Assist with daily racquet operations as directed.
• Communicate court conditions to administrative and pro shop staff.

• 20 hours a week/ 5 days a week
