Responsibilities

• Interfaces with Establishment, Enforcement, and case managers to facilitate court activity.
• Contacts necessary parties for court activity.
• Generates all legal pleadings.
• Assists attorneys with case management to ensure timely progression.
• Ensures federal and state elements are included in filings.
• Schedules hearings for attorneys.
• Assists attorney in court when needed.
• Provides customer service to child support staff and community.
• Performs data entry in state system.
• Performs miscellaneous duties in general case handling.
• Regular and timely attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
