Job summary

The Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County, Southeast Justice Center in Mesa, AZ, seeks a Court Administration Assistant to provide high-volume administrative support. Duties include scheduling conferences, handling inquiries by phone and email, and performing case management tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of clerical experience or equivalent education, and a valid Arizona driver license.

  • Perform case management tasks such as reviewing status reports and researching cases; assist with departmental processes.
