Assists customers in identifying applicable court forms for various court processes.Assists litigants in completing Protective Order paperwork using the Domestic Violence Computer Prompt System and AZPoint (Statewide Petition Portal).In accordance with minimum accounting standards, performs direct cash handling, including entering codes into the Cash Management System, receipting transactions, balancing cash drawer and making daily deposits.Uses iCIS, Domestic Violence Computer Prompt System, AZPoint , Case Center and other court software to assist customers with case information.Directs public to appropriate Court programs, resources, facilities and outside agencies .Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, scanning faxing, mailing, and data entry.Train new and existing staff on Department policies, procedures, and processes.Arranges for interpreters and other court services as necessary.Review paperwork for completeness; contacts interested parties for missing information.Uses Outlook email and Microsoft Teams to maintain effective internal and external communication in a timely manner.Working Conditions :While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak clearly and hear; see details of objects that are less than a few feet away; sit for long periods of time; stand, walk, use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally push, pull or lift up to 20 pounds.Additional InformationJudicial Branch Human Resources reserves the right to move forward candidates based on the information provided directly on the application. The current contribution rate for ASRS is 12.27% and the current contribution rate for PSPRS is 5.84% and up for the defined contribution plan and 8.82% for the defined benefit plan.
